Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and qualified individuals to represent the company. As a Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while supporting daily restaurant operations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of restaurant customer service experience preferred, Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English), Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs., kneel, bend, twist, and stoop. Employer conducts background and drug screening Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake products to quality and timing standards
- Accurately prep ingredients and ensure product consistency
- Maintain clean, organized, and stocked work areas
- Follow food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures
- Monitor orders to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of counter and service areas
- Restock supplies and support daily operations
- Uphold safety, hygiene, and company standards
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications
- C ommunication and basic math skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- POS system and cash-handling experience preferred
- Performs well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Adherence to company policies and standards
