Grasslands Golf and Country Club Hourly Rate:

$15/hour +

Playing privileges after 2 PM, shift meal provided for shifts over 7 hours About the Role We're looking for enthusiastic and team-oriented individuals to join our Outside Services team. This is a highly visible, member-facing role, perfect for someone who enjoys providing top-notch hospitality and creating a welcoming environment for our members and guests. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and assist members and guests upon arrival and departure Handle, load, and unload golf bags with care and professionalism Wash, stage, and maintain golf carts to ensure they're clean and ready for play Set up and pick the driving range, keeping practice areas neat and organized Lift and move items up to 50 lbs on occasion Work closely with fellow staff to ensure smooth daily operations What We're Looking For A friendly, service-minded attitude with strong communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support others when needed Reliability and attention to detail, especially when handling members' equipment A willingness to work in various weather conditions Benefits & Perks Playing privileges after 2 PM so you can enjoy the course you help care for Shift meal provided for shifts longer than 7 hours Opportunities to learn more about the golf industry and hospitality operations Join Our Team If you're motivated by hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable experiences for others, we'd love to meet you.
