Provide a safe, sanitary work environment, which conforms to all DOH standards and regulations Supervise and participate in the production, preparation, ensure that a consistent quality product is produced which conforms to all established standards Interview, hire, schedule, train, develop staff, resolve problems, provide open communication, recommend discipline as appropriate and perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned Maintain and develop schedules that maximize the use of time and efficiencies Upkeep and maintenance of all kitchen equipment

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent, culinary degree preferred; serve safe certified. Three years cooking experience as a Sous Chef or related culinary position. Cook chill experience preferred.
