Duties Assist in food preparation by following recipes and portioning ingredients accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and bussing tables. Support chefs and kitchen staff during peak service times by helping with various tasks as needed. Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service. Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and reporting shortages. Skills Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling standards is a plus. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
