Front of House Team Member We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Front-of-House Team Member to join our team. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our guests, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the front of house. Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Chick-fil-A standards Process payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system Keep the dining and front-of-house areas clean, organized, and inviting Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties Work closely with other team members to provide a great guest experience Follow all food safety, health, and company policies Handle customer questions and concerns with a positive attitude What We're Looking For Friendly, positive, and approachable personality Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to work well as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
