Team Members are responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing smoothies and other menu items according to company standards, maintaining a clean and safe store, and helping create a positive experience for every guest. Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and process payments. Prepare smoothies, bowls, and other menu items according to recipes and standards. Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, equipment, and workstations. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise as needed. Operate the POS/register system accurately. Follow proper cash-handling procedures. Work effectively with other team members during busy periods. Follow opening and closing procedures. Help maintain a positive, welcoming environment for customers and coworkers. Perform other duties assigned by the manager. Qualifications Friendly, positive, and customer-service oriented. Reliable and punctual. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food-safety procedures. Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform basic physical tasks associated with restaurant operations. Schedule Part-time and full-time positions available. Must have availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
