About the Role Join our sanitation team and help keep a food production facility clean, safe, and running smoothly. You'll clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas so production can start fresh every day. No sanitation experience? No problem. We'll train you.

Pay:

$16.50 to $18.50 per hour

Sign On Bonus:

$350, paid after 90 days

Schedule:

Nights, typically 6:00pm to 4:00am What You'll Do Sweep, scrape, and mop floors and clear waste and debris so it doesn't interrupt production Clean and sanitize production machinery and equipment, including conveyor belts, screens, filters, pipes, walls, totes, rollers, tables, and freezers Follow proper cleaning procedures to prevent contamination Operate machinery in your assigned cleaning area Disassemble and reassemble simple mechanisms for cleaning Assist and relieve other sanitation team members as needed Report any production or quality issues to your supervisor Follow all safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Attend required trainings and monthly team meetings Participate in continuous improvement efforts What We're Looking For Sanitation or maintenance experience preferred, but not required Good communication and organizational skills Team player who can also work independently with little supervision Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Physical Requirements and Work Environment Stand and walk for most of the shift Frequently lift or move up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs Occasionally climb, balance, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl to reach all surfaces Regular exposure to wet and cold conditions Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and cleaning chemicals Occasional exposure to outdoor weather Work in an environment with equipment running in the background Apply today and start earning your $350 sign on bonus! #
