Job Description
We are looking for purpose-driven Team Members to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Team Member you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The successful Team Member will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges. Responsibilities Blends delicious tasting Smoothies, Smoothie Bowls, and Power Eats Ensures Guest's purpose is met when smoothies are ordered Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience Ability to perform basic math for cash handling Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids Performs opening and/or closing duties Performs store checklist tasks Shows up on time and ready to work Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King Qualifications Energetic and dynamic team members who are excited about health and fitness Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Food Service experience preferred Nutrition background knowledge preferred Ability to connect and communicate with guests, with a "guest comes first" attitude
