Duties Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble sandwiches according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by following food safety protocols and sanitation procedures. Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions, and give correct change. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, slicers, and refrigerators, to support food preparation. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities.
