Scoop and serve gelato according to company standards. Learn our products and confidently answer customer questions. Keep displays stocked, clean, and organized. Restock cups, cones, toppings, and supplies throughout the day. Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness throughout the shop. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Assist with opening and closing responsibilities. Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods. Help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests and coworkers. We're Looking forSomeone Who:
Has at least one year of customer service experience. Is dependable, hardworking, and punctual. Enjoys interacting with people and creating positive experiences. Is excited to learn about authentic handcrafted gelato. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Takes initiative without being asked. Is organized and pays attention to detail. Is willing to help wherever needed. Works well as part of a team. Is positive, upbeat, and eager to grow with the company. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old. Minimum one year of customer service experience. Previous food service experience preferred. Reliable transportation. Excellent attendance. Ability to stand for extended periods.
