Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring the dining area is inviting and sanitary. Assist with food handling duties including stocking supplies, managing food safety protocols, and ensuring proper food storage. Support quick service operations by managing order flow during busy periods and coordinating with kitchen staff for timely delivery. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change. Uphold sanitation standards through proper food handling practices, sanitation procedures, and adherence to health regulations. Contribute to a team-oriented environment by supporting colleagues in various tasks such as serving customers or assisting in the kitchen. Engage in ongoing training related to food safety, restaurant procedures, and POS system updates to improve efficiency. Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with bussing tables or supporting kitchen operations is advantageous.
