Job Overview We are hiring a Salad Prep, and Baker, and Dessert Specialist, where your creativity and passion for food will shine! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing fresh salads, baking delicious bread and pastries, or plating delectable desserts that delight our guests. Your energy and attention to detail will ensure every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. These positions offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities Prepare fresh salads according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring quality and freshness. Bake a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts, maintaining consistency in taste and appearance. Assist with menu planning by suggesting new salad combinations, baked goods, and dessert options. Handle food preparation tasks efficiently, including chopping, mixing, portioning, and garnishing ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols. Support food service operations by plating dishes attractively and serving them promptly to customers or staff. Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times to promote safety and hygiene standards. Skills Experience working in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or food industry settings. Excellent knife skills for efficient chopping, slicing, and dicing of ingredients. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene standards. Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Passion for culinary arts with a creative approach to developing appealing salads, baked goods, and desserts.
