Responsibilities include:
Greets each guest with energy, enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor and provides a warm welcome and a fond farewell Connects and converses with consumers to provide personalized service and creates a memorable experience Knowledgeable in all menu items, prices and services offered Ensure delivery time standards are met and adheres to food safety standards Make a variety of coffees, steam milk, and adhere to high quality standards Ensures the quality of the food, coffee and presentation is to standards and works in an organized, methodical manner with high attention to detail Operates the POS system ensuring accuracy of orders prior to delivery, executes food and beverage service according to standards Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, processes proper AM/PM shift closing procedures and participates in all training and ongoing education classes The ideal candidate will: Develop positive working relationships with all restaurant employees and work as part of a team by helping others as needed or requested Exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude and provide exceptional consumer experience Adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency Demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu Follow instructions for recipes, food preparation and sanitation guidelines Required education: • High school or equivalent What to
