Overview We're looking for a versatile Front of House Team Member to join our team. This role is the backbone of our service. You'll be responsible for the expo line, ensuring every plate is accurate and beautifully presented, packing to-go orders with care, and keeping our dining area and tables clean and welcoming for guests. Responsibilities Expo Retrieve finished plates from the kitchen and ensure they match the ticket (modifications, sides, presentation) Communicate clearly with kitchen and servers about ticket times or special requests. Support team members during busy periods. Follow all safety and hygiene protocols diligently to uphold health standards and guest safety To-Go Orders Accurately pack to-go and delivery orders with all entrees, sides, utensils, condiments, and drinks Double-check orders against tickets before sealing or handing off Coordinate with front desk Dining Room Maintenance (Bussing) Clear and clean tables promptly after guests depart Reset tables with clean silverware Assist servers with refilling water, pre-bussing, and maintaining a clean, organized dining room Ensure floor is clean and free of hazards throughout the shift Qualifications Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required, willing to train the right person Ability to stay calm and organized during busy rushes Strong attention to detail (Accuracy with orders matters) Team player who communicates clearly and supports others Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods throughout shifts Join us and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
