Responsibilities Prepare food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales transactions accurately Manage customer orders with professionalism, ensuring quick turnaround and satisfaction Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including kitchen equipment and dining areas Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions, and balance cash drawers at shift's end Support food safety protocols by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and ensuring a tidy environment for guests Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation needs Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a positive atmosphere Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Background in food preparation, food handling, or culinary experience is a plus Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing retail math tasks Experience with cashiering, retail sales transactions, or grocery store operations is beneficial Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and operating kitchen equipment will support your success in this role Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your energy fuels exceptional service!
