Duties Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established standards, ensuring quality and safety. Operate Toast POS system to process orders, handle cash transactions, and manage sales efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders with enthusiasm, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across the dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations to ensure food safety compliance. Manage food handling responsibilities including stocking supplies, bussing tables, and assisting with food delivery at counter. Support team members during busy periods by assisting with cashiering, food prep, or cleaning tasks to ensure smooth operations. Follow all safety procedures related to food handling, sanitation, and equipment use while adhering to health regulations. Requirements Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential! Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing. Familiarity with Toast POS systems Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that makes guests feel welcome. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
