Job Description
At Tropical Smoothie Cafe, we inspire a healthier lifestyle by serving fresh smoothies, wraps, sandwiches, flatbreads, bowls, and salads in a fun and fast-paced environment. We are looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable team members who enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities As a Crew Member, you will: Customer Service Greet guests with a positive attitude. Take customer orders accurately. Answer menu questions and make recommendations. Provide exceptional customer service. Resolve guest concerns professionally. Food Preparation Prepare wraps, sandwiches, flatbreads, quesadillas, bowls, and salads according to company recipes. Follow portion and food safety guidelines. Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met. Smoothie Preparation Prepare smoothies according to recipes. Maintain smoothie station cleanliness. Stock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift. Cleaning & Maintenance Keep dining room, kitchen, and workstations clean. Wash dishes and utensils. Sweep, mop, and take out trash as assigned. Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks. Clean the drain Stocking & Inventory Refill food stations and smoothie ingredients. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures. Rotate stock and check expiration dates. Maintain organized work areas. Teamwork Work efficiently with other team members. Assist coworkers during busy periods. Follow directions from managers and shift leaders. Maintain a positive and professional attitude. Qualifications Must be at least 22 years old. No experience required; training provided. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable transportation preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
