Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established recipes and standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cashiering duties Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food preparation and dining areas, including proper food handling and bussing tables Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy while balancing registers at shift end Support food safety protocols by adhering to sanitation guidelines and proper food handling procedures Assist in kitchen operations by stocking supplies, managing food inventory, and ensuring efficient workflow during peak hours Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Experience in retail or grocery store environments is advantageous but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels our success!
