Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process payments efficiently Assist with food preparation and food handling to ensure quality and safety standards are met Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean and organized dining area Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Support food safety practices by following sanitation protocols, including bussing tables and cleaning workstations Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity, including basic math calculations Experience Previous experience in food service, quick service, or fast-food restaurant environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Knowledge of food industry standards related to food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling Experience in customer service roles that involve serving, cashiering, or retail math calculations Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining a positive attitude Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous Strong communication skills with an inclusive approach to working with diverse teams and guests Join us as a Front of House Team Member where your energy makes every guest's experience memorable!
