Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, ensuring quick and efficient transactions Assist with food preparation tasks, including assembling orders and maintaining cleanliness in food prep areas Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly approach Handle cash, process payments, and manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity Maintain sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and prep tasks as needed to ensure timely service Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and uphold high service standards Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service or fast-food restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math applications Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not mandatory Join us and become part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences through exceptional service!
