Saturday Waimea Town Market Team Member (Parker School, Waimea) | Saturdays | ~ 6:15am - 1:00pm | We're hiring a Saturday Waimea Town Market team member to join our Sundog Bread crew! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys early mornings, working as part of a small team, and connecting with the community. You'll meet us directly at the market at Parker School in Waimea and work alongside 1-2 other team members to create a smooth, welcoming, and organized market experience. What you'll do Arrive on time to meet the team at the Waimea Town Market at Parker School (~6:15am start) Work collaboratively to set up and break down the market booth (tent, tables, product display) Arrange bread and pastries in an inviting, organized way Provide warm, friendly, and efficient customer service Confidently speak about our products and answer customer questions Handle cash and card transactions accurately Support your team by restocking, communicating product levels, and keeping the booth running smoothly Assist with end-of-day breakdown and packing What we're looking for Friendly, team-oriented, and comfortable engaging with customers Reliable and punctual—this role is an important part of our weekly operations Able to communicate clearly and work well with others in a fast-paced environment Organized and proactive—willing to jump in where needed Comfortable handling money and basic POS systems Able to lift and carry 40-50 lbs (tables, product bins, etc.) Prior customer service or market experience is a plus, but not required Compensation $16/hour plus generous tips Consistent weekly Saturday shift Staff bread and pastries Opportunities to grow with us as Sundog continues to expand A bit about Sundog We're a small but growing bakery focused on naturally leavened breads, thoughtful pastries, and being a meaningful part of our local community.
