Summary As a Back of House Team Member at Genki Sushi, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to Genki Sushi standards. Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Assist in meal preparation and ingredient organization for efficient service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Support menu planning by providing input on seasonal ingredients and specials. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
