Overview Join our dynamic team as a Fast Food Crew Member and become the heart of a lively, fast-paced food service environment! Duties Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately following established recipes and safety standards Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders efficiently Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food safety practices such as proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Support bussing duties by clearing tables, cleaning dining areas, and ensuring a tidy environment for guests Skills Experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or the food industry is highly desirable Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and effective communication abilities Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous restaurant or café experience is a plus; familiarity with grocery store operations or retail math can be beneficial Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels great experiences!
