Join Our Overnight Crew Team at McDonald's Looking for extra cash, a flexible schedule, and a fast-paced team environment? Our Late Night & Overnight Crew positions are perfect for dependable individuals who enjoy working evenings and overnight hours while helping deliver great guest experiences. Overnight Premium Pay Employees working any hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM receive an additional +$2.00 per hour premium pay on top of the base starting wage.

$14.00/hr during qualifying hours Position Overview Late Night and Overnight Crew Members help keep the restaurant operating smoothly during evening and overnight hours. Team members are responsible for delivering outstanding hospitality, preparing quality food, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting overnight operational routines. This role is ideal for individuals who are: + Reliable and self-motivated + Comfortable working late-night hours + Team-oriented and customer focused + Able to work in a fast-paced environment + Comfortable with cleaning and stocking responsibilities Key Responsibilities + Provide friendly and accurate customer service + Prepare food and beverages to company standards + Maintain speed, accuracy, and hospitality during overnight operations + Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and organized + Complete overnight cleaning and prep tasks + Assist with dishes, trash, and maintenance routines + Follow food safety and sanitation procedures + Work as part of a team to support smooth shift operations + Help prepare the restaurant for breakfast and morning transitions Expectations for Overnight Team Members + Arrive on time and ready to work + Maintain strong attendance and dependability + Work efficiently with limited supervision + Support teammates and communicate effectively + Maintain a positive attitude during late-night hours + Follow safety and security procedures + Be flexible to assist in multiple areas of the restaurant + Handle overnight rushes and downtime productively Qualifications + No experience required — training provided + Must be able to stand for extended periods + Ability to lift up to 25 pounds + Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and overnight hours + Must maintain a professional and respectful attitude Benefits May Include + Overnight premium pay (+$2.00/hr from 10PM-7AM) + Flexible scheduling + Free or discounted meals + Growth and advancement opportunities + Paid training + Tuition assistance opportunities through Archways to Opportunity + Fun and team-oriented work environment This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald's USA.
