Job Description
Team Members We are seeking high-quality, motivated, energetic people. This is a great starting position for those looking to enter the workforce! No experience required - only a positive attitude, bright smile and willingness to learn! Job Description and Responsibilities Assemble sample trays and distribute to potential customers Roll, twist, and bake pretzel products and variations Prepare drinks (lemonade and lemonade variations, sodas) Assemble orders for guests Exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude to guests Has strong eye contact, uses suggestive selling, and thanks the customer Work well with other team members Operate the cash register and POS system by policy Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as directed Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing workstations/ counter areas frequently Wash dishes & utensils throughout the shift Break down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, dishes, and supplies at closing Sweep/mop floors throughout shift and at close Comply with Auntie Anne's/ Thrive Pretzels dress code Perform other duties as directed Pay starts at $12.00 per hour plus tips which range from $2.00 per hour to $4.00 per hour. Employees also receive bonuses based on sales targets which can equate to an additional $2.00 per hour.
