Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders in a quick, friendly manner Prepare food items efficiently following safety and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service and food delivery Support food safety protocols by adhering to proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and restocking supplies as needed Skills Proven experience in food preparation and food service environments, including quick service or fast-food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations for transactions Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Experience in retail math, upselling techniques, and sales strategies to maximize revenue Previous restaurant or café experience is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests through energetic service and culinary excellence!
