Responsibilities Prepare and assemble sandwiches and other menu items with precision and care, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, upselling menu items, and ensuring a positive dining experience Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones to meet sanitation regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Restock supplies, ingredients, and utensils to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods Assist with bussing tables and maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness to promote a welcoming environment Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or food service roles such as quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and effective communication abilities Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Kitchen or café experience is a plus; experience working in retail or grocery stores can be beneficial Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating tasty meals while delivering top-tier service.
