Sandwich Artist/Cashier

Duties Prepare fresh sandwiches and food items according to established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food prep area, dining space, and cashier station in compliance with food safety standards Handle cash and credit card payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed Assist with food handling tasks including wrapping, stocking supplies, and bussing tables as needed Support the team by managing time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service and customer satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or food industry roles such as café, quick service restaurant, or grocery store is preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell and engage positively with guests Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order totaling Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours Prior experience in cashiering or retail math is advantageous but not required Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering quality food and outstanding service!
