Cafe Team Member - Front of House (After School & Saturdays)

About us Cafe Della is a small Cafe in Hailey, ID. We are professional, supportive, engaging and our goal is to serve delicious food to our customers in a welcoming environment. We serve baked goods, breakfast, lunch, prepared foods and we have a retail section. Our Front of House team is engaging with customers, efficient, and communicates well. Schedule & Availability Cafe Della is looking for someone reliable and energetic to help us finish our day strong! This position is listed as an After School role because we are primarily looking for coverage from 4:00-6:00 PM , 3-5 days per week ( Tuesdays & Fridays required), plus participation in our Saturday rotation. Saturday shifts are approximately 8 hours and fall between 7:00 AM and 6:15 PM , depending on scheduling needs. You do not need to be a high-schooler to apply. Must be 16 years of age or older. •

Afternoon Responsibilities (4:00-6:00 PM) Support the closing team by restocking, cleaning, and completing side work Reset the café to ensure it is ready for the next day Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the Front of House Saturday Responsibilities (Rotating Positions) Taking orders and interacting with guests at the POS Running food, bussing tables, and stocking shelves General Expectations Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures Work with a sense of urgency to meet guest needs Maintain positive, professional relationships with coworkers and customers Keep the Front of House clean and organized, including sanitizing workstations and prep areas Perform additional related duties as needed
