Job Description

Crew Member:
$12.00-$14.00 hourly
Job Description:
Strives to satisfy guests while consistently following procedure and adhering to Wendy's QSC and time standards. In addition to following Wendy's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Promotes teamwork to achieve restaurant goal
  • Assists others when needed while using proper procedures
  • Follows all behaviors as set out in our Crew member Policies QSC
  • Follows critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness, and sanitation
  • Delivers fast, friendly, and accurate service to all guests
  • Adheres to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and as per shift manager leadership
  • Follows directions for the implementation of new products and procedures
  • Performs a variety of maintenance and cleaning jobs; examples: taking out the trash, changing the trash, doing the dishes, scrubbing walls/floors, mopping/sweeping, cleaning restrooms Food Safety/Sanitation
  • Follows all food safety and sanitation requirements and practices.
  • Reports malfunctioning equipment Workplace Safety
  • Executes all workplace safety policies and procedures and knows fire and robbery procedures
  • Follows all security procedures.
  • Follows guidelines and assists in managing, reporting, and recording all accidents, hazards, and potential hazards. Administration
  • Assists in completing station preparation, stocking, and making sure that the station is clean.
  • Unloads supplies during deliveries.
