Job Summary .The Crew Member is responsible for performing a variety of duties within the establishment to ensure that the customer has a great experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Listen and respond to customer needs and concerns in a friendly and enthusiastic manner Receive/Prepare accurate food orders Collect payments for customer purchases via POS system. Maintain food safety and cleanliness at all times Adhere to Covid-19 safety protocols Pass a Chicago Department of Aviation/Homeland Security background check (airport location only) Adhere to all Chicago Department of Aviation security protocol (airport location only)

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

High School Diploma or GED Strong verbal and written communications Ability to work calmly under pressure 1 to 3 years of restaurant experience Obtain Food Handler Certification within 30 days of employment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

Able to lift up to 25 lbs. Able to stand for a minimum of eight (8) hours a day Able to instantly bend, turn, twist, or lift over shoulders on a regular basis Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the quality of the product

Pay:

From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
