Job Description

As an Opening Crew Member, you will be responsible for preparing the store for daily operations and ensuring everything is ready to serve guests early in the morning. You will help set up the store, prepare fresh products, and deliver fast and friendly service to every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrive early to open the store and prepare for daily operations. Brew fresh coffee and prepare beverages according to Dunkin' standards. Prepare donuts, sandwiches, and other food items for the morning rush. Set up the front counter, drive-thru station, and product displays. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked. Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to guests. Follow food safety, cleanliness, and company policies. Work as part of a team to handle the busy morning rush.
What We're Looking For:
Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and punctual for early morning shifts. Ability to multitask and work well with a team.
Requirements:
Must be able to work early morning shifts (usually starting around 330am-5 AM). Ability to stand for long periods and lift light items. Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys early morning work and being part of a team that helps start our guests' day with great coffee and fresh food.
