Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Sandwich Maker to join our team. As a Sandwich Maker, you will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sandwiches according to customer specifications and company recipes
• Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, and slicers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Uphold food quality and presentation standards
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions
• Upsell additional menu items to increase sales
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
