Power Mart is hiring friendly, reliable, and hardworking team members for our Krispy Krunchy Chicken food-service operation. We are looking for employees who can provide excellent customer service while preparing and serving fresh food in a clean, fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant, fast-food, deli, or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train dependable candidates with a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Prepare and cook Krispy Krunchy Chicken and other menu items according to established procedures Set up and maintain the food preparation and serving areas Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner Take customer orders and operate the POS/register Monitor food quality, freshness, and holding times Restock food, packaging, sauces, beverages, and supplies Follow proper food-safety and sanitation procedures Maintain a clean kitchen, counter, equipment, and work area Assist with opening and closing duties Monitor inventory and communicate when products or supplies are running low Help minimize food waste by following proper preparation quantities and procedures Work with other Power Mart employees to provide a great customer experience Qualifications Must be dependable and punctual Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety Able to stand for extended periods Able to work independently and as part of a team Restaurant, fast-food, deli, or kitchen experience is a plus Food Handler Certification is a plus or must be willing to obtain one What We're Looking For We're especially interested in candidates who take ownership of their work.
