You will deliver exceptional guest service, prepare delicious coffee and food items, and keep the restaurant clean and welcoming. Whether you're crafting the perfect cup of coffee or serving hot, fresh donuts with a smile, you will help our guests start their day off right.

Key Responsibilities Guest Service:

Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments using the POS system.

Food & Beverage Preparation:

Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, sandwiches, baked goods, and other menu items according to Dunkin' standards.

Store Cleanliness & Maintenance:

Keep the counter, dining area, kitchen, and restroom clean, organized, and stocked.

Order Accuracy & Speed:

Ensure fast, efficient service during peak hours while maintaining high quality and accuracy.

Teamwork:

Work collaboratively with fellow crew members and managers to create a positive, energetic work environment.

Safety & Compliance:

Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health guidelines. Qualifications & Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Basic math and computer skills for operating the register. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player. Previous fast-food or retail experience is a plus, but not required— we will train you!
