Job Description Kloss Distributing, a leading distributor of some of the finest beers in the world, is seeking an energetic individual with a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility to join our team as a Beer & Beverage Repack Associate . This entry-level position is responsible for maintaining warehouse cleanliness, cleaning up product spills, and washing, sorting, and reassembling damaged cases of beer and other beverages. This role is essential to keeping our warehouse safe, organized, and operating efficiently. Responsibilities Clean and maintain warehouse floors, aisles, and work areas. Respond promptly to product spills, leaks, and broken cases. Remove damaged packaging and separate salvageable products. Wash, inspect, and reassemble beer and beverage cases for redistribution. Dispose of damaged products and materials according to company guidelines. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, mops, brooms, and pressure washers. Keep work areas organized and free of safety hazards. Follow all safety, sanitation, and warehouse procedures. Assist warehouse personnel with general housekeeping duties as needed. Qualifications No prior experience required; training provided. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Dependable attendance and positive work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
