Duties Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Maintain strict sanitation procedures to keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions smoothly and accurately. Follow food safety management protocols to ensure all ingredients are stored properly and that food handling practices meet health standards. Restock supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and assist in maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment. Collaborate with team members to deliver a positive dining experience for every guest. Qualifications Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with POS systems or cash handling is a plus.
