Responsibilities Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to company recipes and customer preferences, maintaining consistency and quality. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any special requests or dietary needs. Follow strict sanitation procedures to keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions quickly and accurately. Ensure all food safety standards are met by adhering to proper handling, storage, and sanitation protocols. Assist in restocking supplies, ingredients, and packaging materials to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain a positive attitude and teamwork environment while supporting colleagues during busy periods. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong understanding of food safety management practices and sanitation procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
