This role involves preparing sandwiches, managing POS transactions, maintaining sanitation standards, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. Prior experience in food service or retail is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Duties Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to company standards and customer specifications Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, including food handling and bussing duties Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times Restock supplies and manage inventory levels efficiently Assist with cashiering duties, including basic math for transactions and change management Uphold sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations Support team members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations Experience Previous experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is advantageous Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Experience in cashiering, serving, or food handling roles is beneficial Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions Prior restaurant or café experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Join our team to deliver quality food and outstanding customer service in a dynamic environment.
