Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and equipment. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals. Requirements Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
