Front-of-House Server & Bartender — Blind Hog BBQ Blind Hog BBQ is looking for friendly, dependable front-of-house team members who know how to deliver outstanding hospitality in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. This is a combined server and bartender position. Team members will be expected to serve guests, prepare and serve alcoholic beverages, and assist wherever needed throughout each shift.

Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service Serve guests and bartend during every scheduled shift Confidently describe our craft beer selections and make recommendations Take accurate food and beverage orders Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, and other beverages responsibly Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bar Work closely with the kitchen and other team members Help create a welcoming, memorable Blind Hog BBQ experience

Qualifications:

Craft beer knowledge is suggested Previous serving or bartending experience is required Toast POS experience a plus Strong communication and customer-service skills Dependable, positive, and team-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Available for evenings, weekends, and special events as scheduled Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcohol At Blind Hog BBQ, customer service is key.
