In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food, managing customer orders with efficiency, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. This position offers flexible hours perfect for those passionate about food service and retail hospitality. Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Take customer orders with a friendly attitude, upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience. Manage cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and handle cash handling responsibilities responsibly. Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including food prep areas, dining surfaces, and equipment sanitation to uphold food safety standards. Restock supplies, organize inventory, and ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations. Assist in serving customers at the counter or seating area, providing excellent customer service from order to delivery. Nights , Days , Weekends, Holidays Experience Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurant environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management skills. Experience in retail sales transactions, cashiering, or grocery store operations is a plus. Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques is essential. Background in culinary arts or café operations will support success in this role. Strong math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations are required to ensure accuracy in transactions.
