At Pampered Pets Dog Daycare and Hotel, we deliver top-tier care, safety, and fun for our furry guests. We operate on a "play hard, work hard" philosophy—balancing high-energy playtime with rigorous sanitization standards to keep our pups happy and healthy. Position Summary We are seeking dependable, high-energy caregivers who thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a physically active, hands-on position requiring strong time management, self-initiative, and an upbeat pace. If you love dogs, take pride in a spotless facility, and move with a sense of urgency, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities

Pup Supervision & Engagement:
Actively monitor, play with, and manage groups of dogs of various sizes and temperaments to ensure a safe, fun social atmosphere.

Sanitization & Facility Upkeep:
Continuously clean, sanitize, and disinfect play yards, suites, and common areas (handling heavy-duty sweeping, mopping, waste removal, and deep cleaning).

Routine & Timeline Adherence:
Execute daily schedules for feedings, potty breaks, medication administration, and cleaning tasks efficiently and on time.

Pack Safety:
Proactively observe dog body language to prevent conflicts and maintain control of play groups. Work Schedule & Requirements

Age Requirement:
Must be at least 17 years of age to apply.

Early Shifts:
Weekday shifts begin promptly at 5:30 AM . Punctuality is non-negotiable.

Weekends & Holidays:
Mandatory availability for weekend shifts and major holidays (our peak customer care times). Qualifications & Skills

High Energy & Pace:
Must bring strong hustle, urgency, and stamina to every shift ("pep in your step").

Self-Initiative:
Ability to recognize what needs to be done and execute without constant direct supervision.

Time Management:
Skilled at staying focused on task timelines without getting distracted.

Reliability:
Proven track record of consistent attendance and dependable work habits.
•
Physical Capability:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work on your feet for the duration of a shift in varying weather conditions. Benefits & Perks
