Right now, the positions available are for part-time shift leaders & team members. Some daytime shifts available; nights & weekends are required. Must have availability at least 15 hours per week. Not currently hiring for summer only employment. Our person is someone who has a positive/upbeat attitude, amazing customer service skills, and a strong work ethic. Accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to problem solve is critical. Artistic ability is NOT required. While you personally won't be creating a lot of art, you will be the person that helps inspire others. Your primary focus will be to help explain how the paint process works, teach basic techniques, record transactions and cleaning...cleaning? Did I say cleaning? Yes, you will be cleaning up after the customers when they are done painting. It is not gross cleaning, just pallets and brushes. You must be able to keep busy when it is slow and also be able to multitask when it's swamped.
