As a Catering Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality service and hospitality for our guests. Who we are looking for : Provide positive guest interactions and serve guests efficiently Knowledgeable of menu items and ingredients Resolve guest challenges and maintain a hospitable experience

Daily Responsibilities :

Greet guests, take orders, suggestively sell, and deliver meals Call head to confirm catering orders for next day Ensure all catering orders are executed to a Premier level Communicate with Shift Leaders and Kitchen about Catering orders Follow up with Catering guests 2 days after their order Clean equipment, stock supplies, and prepare store for peak periods Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and maintain a calm demeanor Adhere to hygiene standards and other assigned duties

Qualifications :

No prior experience required - we provide training Ability to stand for entire shift and use CORE 4 model
