Ability to work shifts on afternoons, evenings, and weekends preferred. Skate City offers a flexible work schedule, with opportunities for advancement and training in more specialized roles within the company. Responsibilities Perform service roles in assigned job duties, delivering a high level of customer service. These roles may include Skate Rental Attendant, Concessions Associate, Arcade & Redemption Associate, plus many other roles. Rental Skate Services include the inspection of all rental skates for safety standards prior to issuing to customer. Concessions Services include food and beverage preparation and sales transactions. Arcade & Redemption include sales transactions of skate trainers, and re-stocking of prizes. Most positions may require general shift preparation or closing responsibilities, which includes cleaning and re-organizing facilities and equipment. Opportunities for advancement and training in additional roles such as Admissions Sales Associate, Skating Floor Monitor, Disc Jockey, and more. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and eagerness to help others. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high energy environment.
