Responsibilities Include:

Hospitality & Guest Service Deliver warm, attentive, and genuine hospitality to every guest. Welcome guests promptly, answer menu questions, provide recommendations, and enter orders accurately. Guide guests through dine-in, takeout, online, catering, and delivery orders. Confirm order details, dietary requests, modifications, and pickup information. Anticipate guest needs and help create a smooth experience from arrival through departure. Resolve guest concerns with courtesy, urgency, and sound judgment, escalating to a manager when needed. KC's hospitality standards and service procedures consistently. Accurately process orders and payments using Toast or other point-of-sale systems. Assemble, verify, package, and hand off orders promptly and accurately. Serve food, aguas frescas, margaritas, beer, and other beverages as assigned. Communicate clearly with the kitchen to support accurate and timely service. Maintain clean, organized, and fully prepared workstations before, during, and after service. Complete side work such as restocking, cleaning, organizing, and preparing service supplies. Keep counters, beverage stations, pickup areas, dining spaces, and guest-facing areas clean and ready. with positivity, warmth, and pride. Serve as an ambassador for our food, Mexican heritage, hospitality, and community. Build menu knowledge and confidently explain ingredients, flavors, preparation methods, and available options. Maintain professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct throughout every shift.

You Should Have:

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. A genuine passion for hospitality and enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. The ability to work as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The willingness to assist wherever needed during service. English and Spanish bilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with Toast or another point-of-sale system is preferred. Previous restaurant, retail, or customer-service experience is preferred. Physical Expectations of the

Position Include:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
