Job Summary FioRito Ristorante is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Pizza Restaurant Service Associate to support daily restaurant operations and provide a welcoming dining experience. This role involves assisting guests, taking orders, supporting pizza and food preparation, serving food and beverages, maintaining clean service areas, and working closely with the restaurant team. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service. Take customer orders accurately and communicate special requests to the kitchen and service team. Assist with pizza preparation, food preparation, portioning, and packaging. Prepare and serve pizza, food items, and beverages according to established procedures. Deliver completed orders promptly and courteously. Answer customer questions about menu items, ingredients, and restaurant offerings. Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer payments accurately. Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked dining areas, counters, service stations, and workspaces. Clear and reset tables while maintaining a neat and welcoming guest environment. Restock ingredients, beverages, packaging, utensils, napkins, and other restaurant supplies. Assist kitchen and front-of-house team members during busy service periods. Follow food handling, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace safety procedures. Help maintain accurate order preparation and attractive food presentation. Communicate customer concerns, supply needs, or service issues to supervisors. Assist with cleaning dishes, equipment, workstations, and service areas as assigned. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and general restaurant duties. Handle food, equipment, supplies, and customer property carefully and professionally. Support coworkers and perform other restaurant service duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous pizza restaurant, food service, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Good attention to detail and order accuracy. Willingness to learn pizza preparation, food service, and restaurant procedures. Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety practices. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
