This is an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of customer engagement, communication, and sales while representing a top food and beverage company in a professional setting. We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and ready to contribute from day one. What You'll Do as an Entry Level Team Member Engage directly with customers to create friendly, professional, and positive experiences. Learn food and beverage products, services, promotions, features, and available solutions to confidently assist customers. Ask thoughtful questions and listen carefully to understand customer needs, preferences, and service priorities. Explain products, service options, promotions, and account information in a clear and easy-to-understand way. Recommend solutions based on customer needs while providing accurate information and answering questions. Assist customers with enrollment, account updates, service requests, and other customer support needs while following established procedures. Maintain accurate customer information, follow company guidelines, and work closely with teammates and leadership to support daily customer engagement and performance goals. What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Team Member Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach. Reliable, organized, and able to follow through on responsibilities. Comfortable speaking with customers in person. Willingness to learn new products, services, and processes.
