This is an in-person role , you'll work warm inbound leads, outbound opportunities, and current client accounts to uncover needs, close business, and grow accounts through multiline solutions in a winning environment. Key Responsibilities Contact inbound and outbound leads provided by the company Build trust quickly and close new business opportunities Maintain & strengthen relationships with current clients Educate clients on coverage gaps and protection options Follow a proven sales process and hit performance goals Continuously improve through coaching and training Manage pipeline and follow-up consistently Qualifications Strong communication skills Competitive mindset Self-motivated and disciplined Comfortable in a performance-based environment Coachable and eager to learn Sales experience is a plus, not required Licensing required (we can provide study material, pay for licenses, & reimburse for passed tests)
